We use a wide range of inks that are suitable for all type of surfaces including textile, plastics, leather and industrial applications…
Plastisol inks are widely used on most surfaces and can be opaque on dark garments. It adheres to most textiles. Plastisol inks can withstand the heat required to cure the ink and is porous enough to permit good ink penetration. It does not dye the fibers, instead the ink wraps around the fibers and makes a mechanical bond. With appropriate additives, Plastisol will also adhere to non-porous substrates such as plastic, metal and glass.
We also offer a variety of solvent free air-dry water based inks, widely used in schools and colleges. These are perfect for printing onto fabric as well as paper and card. Water based inks are most commonly used for printing onto T-shirts, babies clothing, paper, canvases and canvas bags.
Solvent based inks are used for substrates such as nylon, vinyl, plastic, correx, aluminum, rubber, foam and leather.
