FAQ
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours within the week, in which we operate from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with the exclusion of national holidays or our winter holiday break. Some quotes may take slightly longer due to the intricacy of some designs or sourcing more unusual products to brand.
This will vary from customer-to-customer depending on their individual specific requirements, meaning it could be a few days to far longer when considering quantity, number of colours and so on.
Contact form: Please do send us a message via our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Phone: We are available by phone from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and are more than happy to discuss your next project with you. Outside of these hours please do leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Your quote is valid for 30 days, however we do recommend contacting ASAP to get your deserved time frame target met.
We primarily deliver to the UK and European Union, but we are more than happy to discuss shipping options for worldwide delivery.
With hundreds, even thousands of products available we simply could not list them all on our website. If there is something specific you wish to have branded, or have an example of such from elsewhere or something you have manufactured yourself, please do give us a call.
We can do this, however we ask that you phone us to discuss your requirements as this is subject to stock availability.
Yes! We always send a visual mock-up of your product prior to production. We want to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect, right down to the most minute details to ensure you get the perfect printed goods.
You will need to send us your desired artwork via email or through other sharing means depending on the size of the files involved. For larger files, services such as OneDrive, Dropbox and WeTransfer may be more useful.
We accept high resolution vector files such as EPS, PDF and AI formats which are far better to use for printing at large sizes or for detailed work. We will not, and do not accept standard photo formats such as jpg. jpeg, gif, png.
Vector files can be resized without losing any detail, and do not pixelate as much as normal image formats when their size is changed, which is important during origination.
Origination is the set up cost of the print job and can vary from item to item depending on the number of screens, machine set ups and so on for this job. For more details, please enquire via phone or e-mail.
To do this we will need the Pantone colour references or the matching colour codes for us to mix our ink to match this. However, due to variations in inks there is the potential for a slight difference in shade, but we endeavour to do our best to get the closest possible match.
Depending on what you wish to print it on, we may be able to do this. However, we ask that you get in touch to go in to further details on this.
For established trade customers or repeat orders we offer a trade account which allows for payments to be made within 30 days of invoice. New customers will be required to pay prior to production.
We are happy to take payments via Paypal or BACS.
